How do I work?

Payments

 

I initially charge a 50% deposit and the remaining upon the compilation of work. Payment must be completed to receive orders. I accept payments through PayPal or direct bank transfers.

Design Process

 

When an artwork request arrives, I will inform you when it will be ready. After receiving the brief from you, when necessary, I send the sketches of ideas, then I continue with the approved sketch. Unless requested by you, I never use stock images. I draw all the illustrations myself or create images digitally. Even if requested, I never use images that will cause licensing problems. 

 

 

Revisions

 

1 major and 2 minor revisions are acceptable per logo design.  It is subject to an hourly fee for the following revisions.

 

If such a situation occurs, I inform you beforehand. The hourly fee is £35/hr. Hourly fee applies for works other than artwork requests. In such cases, I inform you that I will apply an hourly fee. 

 

 

File Formats/Delivery 

 

I send the files of the approved artworks as AI/EPS/JPEG/PNG or PSD files. If requested, I can prepare artwork with Pantone colour codes. 

 

 

License/Usage Rights

 

All usage rights of the approved artworks are passed to you. It will never be used elsewhere in the future. I reserve the right to usage of unapproved artwork and share the designs on my social accounts, website, and portfolio sites.
