Below you can find what you can and cannot do by simply purchasing a commercial license digital product.

Can be used for:

• Personal and commercial projects

• Up to 5000 physical or digital end products for sale

• Unlimited physical advertisements for local markets

• Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions

• Use for social media

 

Cannot be used for:

• Redistribute, sublicense or share the source files

• Resell as stock images

• Cannot be used on POD(Product on Demand) sites

• Make available for download

• Create and sell new digital products using or including our graphic elements even as deconstructed or modified versions

• Use a graphic element as a primary logo mark for an organization

 

All orders purchased from cd-design.co include a commercial license; this means you can print your purchased graphics on items for sale such as t-shirts, mugs, poster prints.

Digital products sold on basecreaticelab.com are non-exclusive. This means; When you buy a digital product, you have the right to use the product, the product is not special only for you, but you can personalize it by changing texts, colours, etc.

The right to sell digital products to as many users as they want belongs to Cihan Dag Design LTD. By purchasing the products, you accept the terms and conditions on this page.

Refunds & Exchanges

Because the products we offer are digital and cannot be returned or exchanged, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

​

• You purchased two licenses for the same product, or two credits packages, accidentally. We’ll gladly refund you for the duplicate purchase(s). Drop us a note at hello.cihandag@gmail.com

• There is a technical problem with the product that we cannot resolve after becoming aware of the issue. First, you should contact us with specific information about the technical issue. If you encounter a consistently reproducible error with the product files that cannot be resolved by us, please let us know by emailing hello.cihandag@gmail.com Note: Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created. 

 

We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations:

• You (or your client) no longer need the purchased product.

• You found another product you like better, or you’ve changed your mind about your purchase.

• You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product.

• You don’t have the correct software (described in the listing) to open and edit the product. Software requirements may be listed in one of several ways, including “Compatible with” information below the product screenshot, file type, or product description.

• You bought an item by accident, and our system shows that the product was downloaded.

• You feel that the item is of low quality.

• You are having trouble downloading the product because your internet is not fast enough, is not stable, cannot handle a large download or similar issues related to your internet service.

• You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue, but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue.

• You need a partial refund for a package because you didn't use it all.

 

All refunds are at the sole discretion of Cihan Dag Design LTD
